Hollywood Actress Reese Witherspoon is pregnant, a source told Access Hollywood. The "This Means War" star, who turns 36 on Thursday, is expecting her third child (her first with husband Jim Toth), a source told Access on Wednesday.
Reese and Jim, a CAA entertainment agent, tied the knot at the actress' Ojai, Calif., ranch estate last March after announcing their engagement in December 2010. The Oscar winner is already mom to daughter Ava, 12 and son Deacon, 8 - her children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.


Witherspoon, 36, is best known for her work in the films "Walk the Line," "Legally Blonde" and "Election." She has an 8-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter with her ex-husband, actor Ryan Phillippe, who she divorced in 2006. She married talent manager Jim Toth last year after dating him for more than a year. "Reese is right around 12 weeks," one insider told UsMagazine.com, adding she is "not planning to announce it." "The timing is right," another source said. "She's so happy!"

Reese Witherspoon :: Wants to friend with Dutchess Catherine

Reese Witherspoon wants to be friends with Duchess Catherine. 'This Means War' actress was nervous about meeting the 30-year-old British royal - who is also known as Kate Middleton and is the wife of Prince William - during a charity fundraising event last July but now the event is over, she would love to be closer to the British royal. She said: 'I must have tried on like six outfits. I'm meeting a princess. You don't understand. You have to be wearing the right outfit and the whole thing. I don't know, maybe we can be friends. 'I would like to hang out. I'm not sure she wants to hang out with me. I could see that happening. Call me. Call me anytime.' Reese  who has two children, Ava, 11, and eight-year-old Deacon, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe - admits her husband Jim Toth found her excitement about meeting Catherine and William very amusing. 

 She told TV talk show host Ellen DeGeneres: 'My husband just thought I was so dorky. 'Whenever I am super-excited about things, my husband calls it the double-barrel. That's when I smile so big I look like a child.' Thankfully for Reese, the duchess lived up to all her expectations when they briefly spoke at the charity event. She said: 'She was really nice. She was lovely. She's so composed. She seems like such a lady and I think it's so nice nowadays to see someone with such nice composure and carries herself so beautifully.'

Reese Witherspoon :: Given up Snake skin Bag

Reese Witherspoon has given up a snakeskin purse after persuasion from an animal rights charity. The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) released a statement condemning her after the Oscar-winning star was seen carrying the Chloe bag, but she has now been persuaded to give it up, the group has revealed.

 They said in a statement to Gossip Cop:

 "We've long known Reese to be a kind person, so we're pleased - and not surprised - that she is hanging up her python bag for good. "We hope Reese's honest mistake will serve as a reminder for all of us to be extra-certain that what we're buying is mock croc or fake snake." In addition, the group will be sending Reese - who was voted one of the world's sexiest vegetarians by PETA in 2006 - a bunch of flowers.

 Earlier this week, PETA revealed the way in which the skin is gained to create the bags. They said: "No matter how much Reese paid for the bag, the animals paid a much higher price. Every year, millions of snakes are impaled on hooks or nailed to trees by their heads and skinned alive. We can't imagine that she'd wish to contribute to this hidden suffering, especially for something as frivolous as a fashion accessory."

Reese Witherspoon :: A Monique Lhuillier design Dress for Wedding

Hollywood Actress Reese Witherspoon set a don a Monique Lhuillier designed wedding dress for an engagement she's been less than forthcoming about it.

The bride-to-be, 34, will wear a Monique Lhuillier design when she says her I do to Toth, 40.

 A  source tells the new Us Weekly of the dress designer ::
"She's spending most of her time on that dress,"

To ensure she looks gorgeous in the custom gown,she has been breaking a sweat in 75-minute hot vinyasa yoga classes and added body scrubs and facials from Ona Spa to her routine.

As for the locale, the nuptials will take place at the star's Ojai, Calif. ranch. "The wedding will be in the early evening in one of the fields behind the house," reveals an insider.

Reese Witherspoon : Engaged Jim Toth

Hollywood Actress Reese Witherspoon says when it comes to romance she hasn't got it all figured out yet, despite her recent engagement to talent agent, Jim Toth.

 "Walk The Line" actress is reported in ShowbizSpy saying:

“I’m just old enough to know now that I know nothing.


“Because I think when you are young you think you know everything and now I have just realized, you know, anything’s possible.”

Reese and Toth have been together since February 2010.

In a Glamour interview last year, She talked about Toth's career as a talent agent, saying:

"What I’m finding out is that it’s very comfortable to be with somebody who understands my career, but doesn’t do what I do. He’s a great guy. He’s wonderful."
