It is the one thing followers of Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake are desperate to see.
But while the actress was said to be showing off her engagement ring at a party at the weekend, Jessica is still keeping it under wraps from the public.
It means the agony for fans of the pair is set to continue, as the hunt goes on to catch a glimpse of the custom made piece of jewellery.
A source who attended the bash in New York told Us Magazine: 'Jessica was showing off her ring.'
And another partygoer revealed the couple could not keep their hands off each other at the party, which followed the Social Network star's guest appearance on the show.
The insider said: 'They were very lovey, holding hands.
'They kissed a few times in front of the crew.'
Jessica has kept speculation about her ring at fever pitch by keeping it under wraps.
At the Golden Globes in January she was drizzled in expensive Tiffany jewelry, even tantalizingly wearing a diamond ring in platinum.
However the starlet's wedding ring finger was bare, and she pulled the same stunt at a recent party at the Chateau Marmont.
The 29-year-old has even started putting her left hand in her pockets whenever she is spotted outdoors.
Former N'Sync star Justin, 31, is said to have proposed to the Illusionist actress in December while on a pre-Christmas break in Jackson, Wyoming.
A source at the time said: 'Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place.'
The couple have been dating on and off for four years, and they are said to be in no rush to tie the knot.
However they may have to do it sooner rather than later, as Justin's grandmother Sadie Bomar is keen to welcome Jessica into her family.
She said: 'Jessica is a very sweet girl, she's upright and everything and we love her.
'She's a wonderful campaigner for the environment and Justin is too, a fine young man. Jessica will be a lovely member of the family.'
