Miley Cyrus :: 19th birthday party

In a video from the private bash at the Roosevelt Hotel Beacher's Madhouse Club in Los Angeles -- published on Sunday by The Daily - Kelly Osbourne presents the former Hannah Montana star with a cake emblazoned with the face of reggae singer Bob Marley.

"You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake - you know you smoke way too much f*ckin' weed," Cyrus jokes.

Osbourne is heard retorting, "I thought salvia was your problem, man?"

Osbourne's quip was a jokey reference to the infamous bong video that surfaced after Cyrus' 18th birthday party last year, in which she was caught smoking what she later claimed was the legal hallucinogenic herb.A source at last week's party told The Daily, "Everyone in the room knows she's a pothead".

Cyrus's formerly estranged parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus were in attendance, as well as actor boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and actress Victoria Justice.

The fete also reportedly featured furries and a number of dwarfs, including a mini-Nicki Minaj.

Former child star Cyrus has gone to great lengths to distance herself from a clean pop image, including hosting Saturday Night Live this year and dissing Disney child actors.
