Hilary Duff :: Shares feeling of mom

The singer-and-actress,Hilary Duff welcomed her first child, son Luca Cruz, into the world on Tuesday (20.03.12) and admits she's completely in awe of him. Hilary - who is married to former ice hockey player Mike Comrie - wrote on her twitter page: 'He is the most wonderful, sweet, adorable baby. 'Wow, I can't believe I have a baby! Thank you for all the messages and well wishes. I love you all so much.' Hilary, 24, and Mike, 30, announced Luca's arrival yesterday (22.09.12) and said they were thrilled with the new addition to their family. 





 Hilary Duff - who married Mike in 2010 - said: 'Welcome to the World Luca Cruz Comrie! Tuesday evening, we became proud parents of a healthy 7 pound 6 ounce beautiful boy. 'We are overjoyed and feel like the luckiest parents in the world.' The former 'Lizzy McGuire' star was thrilled when she found out she was pregnant and admitted she couldn't wait to meet her son. She said: 'People keep saying to me, 'Sleep right now. Get your sleep!' I keep saying, 'I just want the baby here! I want to play and I'm ready to see what he looks like.' '

Hilary Duff :: Planning for wedding

Hilary Duff has been working out non-stop in a bid to look sexy for her wedding day!

According to the actress’ trainer, Harley Pasternak, the Duffster , who’s engaged to NHL player Mike Comrie  has been busy in the gym getting herself in tip-top shape for her pending nuptials.

Pasternak told People magazine.

“The key is to have amazing shoulders, amazing arms, posture is really important,”

“But it’s also important to have a really tight midsection, because the way a wedding dress hugs your midsection, you really want it lean and tight.”

Hilary isn’t a fan of her stringent workouts!

“I think she vocally disliked them all!” says Pasternak.

“She looks toned and tight… I’m really proud of her, she looks fantastic.”

Hilary and Mike got engaged in Hawaii in February.

Reports earlier this week claimed the couple will marry this weekend at the beautiful San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif.


Duff has previously revealed she doesn’t want to look like a cupcake on her big day.

“I want it to be girlie and kind of on the bigger side but not too overwhelming because I’m so small,”  IN MARCH SHE SAID . “I mean, people would be like, ‘Whoa, cupcake!’”
